A/Prof Shruti Sardeshmukh is the executive co-director of the Centre for Enterprise Dynamics in Global Economies (C-EDGE). Her research revolves around people aspect of innovation and entrepreneurship in small and large organisations. Her current research projects focus on identifying and mitigating barriers to Space Startups and SMEs to participate in the high technology global defence supply ecosystems and around gender issues in male-dominated sectors. She focuses on the people aspect of entrepreneurship and how people interact with the broader entrepreneurial context. Shruti has collaborated internationally with researchers from the US, Australia and India.
