Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for a full refund.
You have a 7 day cooling off period after subscribing to a paid IMPACTER product, during which you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription package.
After that period, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, your fee, be it via a monthly subscription or annual subscription, is not refundable. However, if you have special circumstances, please contact us and we will consider your request for a refund.
