Your data is kept private and confidential at all times.

Financy does however have an academic agreement in place with the University of South Australia’s (UniSA) Centre for Workplace Excellence. This means that de-identified and aggregated data is shared with academics for the purposes of delivering DEI research-based insights and recommendations back to the IMPACTER community on an annual basis.

This information may also be published more broadly in academic research papers but it will not identify IMPACTER clients.
