You are encouraged to invite all of your employees to participate in the Inclusion survey. Once a sample size of 60% or 100 employees (whichever comes first) has been reached, this will trigger an Inclusion and IMPACTER score that will be published on your dashboard.
The score will update depending on how many more employees complete the survey in each snapshot period.
