Financy Program Members have access to the Impacter tool’s Employee survey function. This is where employees are invited to participate in a survey designed to validate the efforts of their employers.
This survey has been developed by Financy and developed in conjunction with the University of South Australia’s Centre for Workplace Excellence.
The types of questions an employee can expect to be asked relate to the scope of financial gender equity initiatives in the workplace, gender pay equity, strategies to support superannuation equity and various forms of employment related equity etc.
Whilst employees are asked to provide their email addresses, the actual survey is not shared with the employer at an individual level and it strictly confidently and is not accessible to them.
Employers are encouraged to invite all of their employees to participate in the survey but at a minimum sample size of 60% is required before a score can be triggered on the employer’s Impacter dashboard.
